Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water — or water mixed with abrasive garnet — to cut through virtually any material with extreme precision and no heat.
High-Pressure Water
Water is pressurized to 60,000+ PSI and forced through a tiny jewel orifice, creating a supersonic cutting stream.
Abrasive Added for Hard Materials
For metals, stone, and thick materials, fine garnet abrasive is mixed into the stream — turning it into a precise cutting tool capable of slicing through steel and granite alike.
CNC-Guided Precision
The cutting head follows a CNC-programmed path from your file, delivering tight tolerances and complex shapes with no tooling changes required.
